Reset your password

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If the email does not arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.

Two-factor authentication

Turn on two-factor authentication under Profile → Security using any authenticator app. Admins on the Scale plan can require it for the whole team.

Export your data

Admins can export all customers, invoices and payments as CSV files from Settings → Export. Large exports are emailed as a download link that expires after 7 days.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and must be confirmed by the account owner. Contact support to request it; a person will verify your identity before anything is deleted.

Data storage

Data is stored in the EU and encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are kept for 30 days.
