Plans and prices
Starter costs $12 per month and includes 1 user and 50 invoices per month. Growth costs $29 per month and includes 5 users, unlimited invoices and automatic payment reminders. Scale costs $79 per month and includes unlimited users, API access and priority support. Paying yearly saves 20%.
Change your plan
Admins can change plan from Settings → Billing → Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancel your subscription
Admins can cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that it becomes read-only for 90 days so you can export your data, and is then deleted.
Refunds
Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. Yearly plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase get a full refund. Refund requests are handled by the billing team, not by the help assistant; contact support and a person will review it.
Payment methods and receipts
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Receipts are emailed to the billing contact after each charge and are also available under Settings → Billing → Receipts.
