Getting started with Acme Invoicing
Overview
Acme Invoicing is a sample company used for this demo. Its help-centre articles below are fictional.
Create your account
Sign up at app.acme-invoicing.example with your work email. You get a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No card is needed to start the trial.
Set up your business profile
Go to Settings → Business profile. Add your business name, address, tax number and logo. These details appear on every invoice you send. You can change them at any time; invoices already sent keep the details they were sent with.
Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite. Admins can manage billing and settings. Members can create and send invoices but cannot see billing. The Starter plan includes 1 user; Growth includes 5; Scale includes unlimited users.
Import customers
Go to Customers → Import and upload a CSV with the columns name, email, company and currency. Rows with an email that already exists are updated rather than duplicated. The import accepts up to 5,000 rows per file.
